shivhexa.in ("Shiv Hexa", "we", "us") is operated by Hexadecimal Software Private Limited, Corporate Park, Tower-A1, Sector 142, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201305, India. By accessing this website or purchasing our service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law. Users below 18 may use the service only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Nature of the service: Shiv Hexa provides a paid one-to-one (1:1) guidance call and a personalized roadmap, based on real-world experience, covering how to land a remote job, win freelance clients, switch into IT, build in-demand skills, use AI tools, and earn globally from India. This is practical guidance only. It is not a coding bootcamp, a job placement service, or a financial product.

3. No guarantees: We make no guarantee of jobs, clients, income, or any specific outcome. Results depend entirely on your own effort, skills, market conditions, and execution. Any earnings shown on this website are the founders' own verified results, not a promise of yours.

4. Booking and information: You book and pay for your call securely via Razorpay. You agree to provide accurate contact information (name, email, and phone number) so we can schedule and deliver your call.

5. Pricing and payment: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and shown before purchase. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. The price charged is the price displayed at the time of purchase. We may revise pricing for future purchases at any time.

6. Refunds, rescheduling and cancellation: Because the session is booked and delivered as a personal service, all purchases are non-refundable. You may reschedule your call with at least 24 hours' notice; a no-show, or a cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled time, may forfeit the session. If you are charged but cannot be served, or are charged more than once for the same booking, contact support@hexadecimalsoftware.com within 7 days. Verified failures on our end or duplicate payments will be refunded to the original payment method.

7. Delivery and scheduling: After successful payment, we contact you using the details you provided to schedule your 1:1 call. Keep your confirmation email, it is your record of purchase.

8. Intellectual property: All roadmaps, materials, branding, and website content are the property of Hexadecimal Software Private Limited. Anything shared with you on or after the call is a personal, non-transferable license for your own use. You may not copy, record, resell, redistribute, or share it with others.

9. Acceptable use: You agree not to resell or share your booking, scrape or copy website content, attempt to bypass payment, record the call without consent, harass our team, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

10. Conduct on the call: Please join your call on time and engage respectfully. We reserve the right to end a session that is abusive, disruptive, or unlawful, without refund.

11. Disclaimer: The website and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the website or service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the relevant booking. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

13. Termination: We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. Clauses relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

14. Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hexadecimal Software Private Limited and its team from claims arising out of your breach of these terms or misuse of the service.

15. Severability and waiver: If any provision of these terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes lies with the courts at New Delhi, India.
